Minutes for the LGBT council meeting.

Committee positions:
Paul and Fay were voted in as joint vice president, Tom as bisexual representative, Mark as secretary, Jade as 2nd open place officer and Krys as events officer. The positions still available are students with disabilities officer and international/ anti-racism officer, also with a view of creating new positions, e.g. lesbian/ sports officer.
The websites:
Paul and Fay have created a very good & more informative new website. The address is www.mmulgbt.50megs.com. The content of the MMSU LGBT webpage has now been changed to include the links to the new website and myspace. We are also in the process of creating a facebook profile.
Newsletter:
A news letter was sent to members who have provided e-mails, and we aim to send these out more regularly.
Meeting up with the other universities LGBT:
We hope to arrange a meeting with the other universities LGBT committee to discuss possible joint future events and student...

All the mintues from our Monday mintues will be posted in the blog.
We did have all the mintues going back to September, but they unfortunatly they got delted when our site was hacked.
Keep checking for new mintues so you can find out what we are dicussing in our meetings, you may even have some suggestions for the committee.
